CITI BANK
In an answer to an RFP from Citi Bank looking to give a one-stop guide for First Time Homebuyers, we created an evergreen hub of information that would be geo-targeted to a user's state (California seen here). With a Spanish / English toggle (for display purposes only in this mockup) we ensure that users across languages have equal opportunity to learn from Citi Bank.
Starting with a request for users to RSVP to a USA Today hosted "Starter Stream" where they can ask questions to an industry expert, users immediately know that this a resource tailored to them. At the conclusion of the Starter Stream Event, the footage from the event would then be hosted on the page as an ongoing resource.
Utilizing Citi's mortgage calculator we also offer users a real-time answer to what they can afford and offer Citi Bank as the first phone call to make with a closing CTA to schedule an appointment.
