TEAM TRAINING
In order to grow our teams skillsets, I set out to ensure that we as a team would have a strong product offering of social video. Starting with a team of 25 designers, only a few had experience in Adobe After Effects. My goal was to get everyone comfortable with the program with a few steps along the way. First, to ease designers into using a timeline, we developed a workflow using Vimeo. Next, we offered a set of After Effects Templates that would allow designers to build most assets in Illustrator and seamlessly move them into After Effects - eliminating the need to design in AE.
A year later, as a team we were offering social video in all platforms and ensuring our clients a more effective way of advertising to their audience.
